Professor Remijan has over 30 years' experience as a Registered Nurse and has practiced as a Nurse Practitioner for the last decade. She is an experienced educator in nursing, teaching full-time across the curriculum for the Associate of Science in Nursing program and the RN-BSN program at Anna Maria College since 2002.
Professor Remijan is a graduate of Anna Maria College with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing and received her Master of Science in Nursing with a sub-specialty in Cardiac Nursing from the University of Massachusetts. She is a board member for the Iota-at-Large Chapter of the Sigma Theta Tau International Honor Society and a gubernatorial appointment to the Massachusetts Board of Registration in Nursing. Her special interest is in the development of professional nursing at all levels of nursing.
