The dispute may be filed on-line utilizing the AAA WebFile® at https://apps.adr.org/webfile. The filing party (“claimant”) will submit via AAA WebFile a Demand for Arbitration and copies of any supporting documents the claimant wishes to enter into evidence. There are no filing fees for an EU or Swiss Claimant.
